This extract is extracted from the natural source Areca Palm tree nuts. It is mainly grown in much of the tropical Pacific Southeast and South Asia. It is commonly referred to as betel nut. The Liquid colour extract of Areca Nut is easily soluble in water and imparts a brilliant red brown color to different natural fibers like wool, silk and cotton with very good light and wash fastness properties.
 
Due to its concentration,  dye extract can be used at a level of 5% which is much lower than other forms of dye powder.
 
Free of any chemicals or processing aids for extraction.
